Aligarteu

Aligarteu is a young Ourino from Winds of Gold and one of the most dedicated students of Tadarius the Wise. Ever since Aligarteu's soul sprouted into his physical body, he knew that his destiny was to be a spiritual guide and Tadarius' next successor. The union of Agnalis, the lord of spirits, and Gemematris, the one who germinates the fruits, generates the countless beings on earth where diversity is not only welcome, but necessary to maintain the balance of such flora. The spiritual energy of these beings is responsible for protecting Winds of Gold from the feared Obscessors, spirits of pure darkness, capable of interfering with the silver cord of every being that has a connection with their mortal and spiritual body. It is through these cords that the mortal being receives information from their past lives, in order to enjoy acquired wisdom, forming their personality and goals.

However, even with such energy emitted, the Obcessors still manage to interfere in the lives of the inhabitants of Winds of Gold. One night, Lord Agnalis sent a signal to the other creatures, announcing this threat, thus initiating the emergence of the Soul Guiders to reestablish order and prevent a catastrophe from spreading since the fateful event of the Scarlet Storm.

During sleep, the souls of beings release a lot of energy, as their physical bodies are disconnected from the mortal environment. The silver cord vibrates more strongly, stirring the senses of these dream-predating spirits, but thanks to the Soul Guiders, the beings of this world can sleep in peace knowing that their souls are being well cared for in the paws of these magnificent creatures that are the Ourinos.

Aligarteu unfortunately experienced firsthand the sensation of almost losing his dreams to the Obscessors. If it weren't for Caifon the Devout, the young Ourino would have become a Sleepwalker, soulless individuals, without purpose and fallen into eternal darkness. From then on, his studies doubled and his dedication to his goal only increased each day. His relationship with other beings did not bear fruit, but that did not bother him, not for Aligarteu, now known as Aligarteu the Perseverant.

The constellations danced across the sky to the rhythm of time that flew faster and faster and our Ourino, now more grown up, was finally one step away from becoming a complete Soul Guider. Everything seemed to be happening as Aligarteu had planned, however, Agnalis seemed to have other plans for him. Little did the newest Soul Guider know that a certain event accompanied by a certain creature was about to change his life on this plane forever.
